Our Beginner Ayurveda Course in India is a Level 1 foundation program designed for students who wish to understand the basic principles of Ayurveda and holistic wellness. Conducted at Dhanwantri Ayurved Centre in Mumbai, this course provides structured theoretical knowledge along with practical demonstrations to build a strong base in traditional Ayurvedic concepts. This program is suitable for both Indian and international students who want to explore Ayurveda for professional growth, freelancing opportunities, or personal knowledge. Training is conducted in English, making it accessible to foreign participants seeking authentic Ayurvedic education in India. These courses are simple, affordable, and hands-on, making them ideal for beginners with no prior background in Ayurveda & also “No medical background required”.
Note – All our courses can be completed earlier with prior intimation for foreign as well as local students, who are hard pressed on time, by putting in more no.of hours or coming on consecutive days.
